WARCO's Sanitary Filter for High Purity Systems

WARCO specializes in sanitary class filtration equipment for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and clean-in-place process requirements. Filter housings (i.e. chambers or vessels) are constructed in 304-SS or 316-SS with a high polish for high purity and CIP systems. Filter housings can be equipped with various types of replacement elements including single and multi-layer bags, DOE conventional cartridges, 222 & 226 SOE pleated elements, 226 high capacity pleated elements, and SOE High Flow pleated elements.

WARCO Filters® sanitary filters can be equipped with industry standard filter elements OR Chemtrex® advanced filter cartridges, elements and bags in a wide range of micron ratings, efficiencies, sizes and configurations. Materials of construction of the elements media and support structure include; 304-SS, 316-SS, 100% pure thermoplastics and fluoroplastics.

Corrosive Handling Process Requirements

WARCO metallic filters are available in higher grade alloys such as Super Duplex-SS OR copolymer lined vessels providing long-term reliability in marginal corrosive applications. A complete range of non-metallic filtration equipment encompasses horizontal disc, high performance pleated elements, conventional cartridge, and carbon treatment systems. These systems are fully resistant to chlorine, sea water or brackish water, acidic waste water. Typical applications include R.O. pre-filtration, waste effluent polishing; advancements in media technology protect sensitive R.O. membranes from detrimental solid particulates.
