WARCO Series GFCC glass-free polypropylene carbon treatment systems utilize a rechargeable granular carbon canister with an integral absolute rated, long-life pleated polishing filter to prevent the by-passing of carbon particles. GFCC granular canisters replace complex, high maintenance horizontal disc systems that involve constant change-outs of carbon and media, relining overhauls, disc replacements, and high labor costs. CHEMAG GFCC granular systems provide the necessary carbon treatment for organic removal in a simplified corrosion proof design.

Chamber Design Features

  • Rugged SOLID polypropylene systems resist internal or external corrosion containing no glass fillers, pigments or metallic stabilizers, PVC glue or bead welding
  • Fusion welding provides an integral design with uniform thickness for extreme process conditions
  • Complete systems w/ heavy duty polypropylene mag-drive pumps
  • Absolute Beta 5000 ratings from 0.5 to 10 micron @ 99.98% efficiency prevents carbon by-passing
