Conventional DOE & SOE Pleated Filter Cartridges

Chemtrex™ high performance pleated cartridges are available in various configurations and micron retention ratings for precisely meeting critical process requirements. Designs include D.O.E. (double-open-end) or S.O.E. (single-open-end). Thermally bonded polypropylene filter as the media provides consistent process control from 0.45 to 120 microns absolute BETA-5000 @ 99.9+% efficiency.

STANDARD SOE 222 & 226 CARTRIDGES:

  • Absolute Rated Pleated in 2.5” & 6” diameters
  • Nominal or Absolute Melt Blown
  • Polyethylene Back-Washable in 2.5”, 4” & 6” diameters

REPLACES THE FOLLOWING DESIGNS:

  • All DOE 2.5” – 2.75” Cartridges & Elements
  • All SOE 222 2.5” – 2.75” Cartridges & Elements
  • All SOE 226 Elements

CARTRIDGE DIMENSIONS:

  • 2.5” to 2.75” x 10”, 20”, 30” & 40” lengths

APPLICATION AREAS:

Our polypropylene filter range is allowing temperature fiber that comes with excellent chemical resistance and is ideal for use in chemical industry. Other major applications include handling food, oil, chemical, liquid and detergents.

NOTE:

  • Remember that a polypropylene filter is susceptibility to oxidizing agents. Other than that you can use it almost universally provided the temperature is below 90°C.
